Peter Marchand is the founder and Director. He graduated from Emmanuel College, Cambridge University with a Masters Degree in Theology and became a Religious Studies teacher for 12 years. After 3 further years as a missionary in Cairo, Egypt, together with his wife, Gillian, he returned to the UK in 1986 and pastored Beulah Christian Fellowship, Gillingham, Kent, England. He resigned at the end of 2002 to concentrate entirely on the work of Inn Christian Ministries.

At the beginning of 2006 he opened a new church in Gillingham, Kent, together with two Ugandan pastors who joined him for the initial stages. The Victory Outreach International Church England (The VOICE), now King’s Church Gillingham – caters especially for the influx of students from overseas, currently studying on the Universities at Medway campus In recent years many families of varying international origin have also moved into the area relocating from London, making it a truly International Church across the nations and generations. In July 2013 he will step aside from leadership of the church, but will remain on the Pastoral Team, in order to develop the work of Inn Christian Ministries.

Peter has also worked with numerous fast-growing networks of indigenous new churches in Uganda, at their invitation for apostolic oversight. Combined with open air evangelistic events, his primary focus now is drawing together pastors and church leaders from differing denominations for teaching, encouragement and a prophetic statement of unity in Christ.

Peter and Gillian have three sons, George, William and James, now married and living in various parts of England.
